- Preheat the oven to 180ºC/200ºC/gas 6.
- Make the pastry for the base, by rubbing in the butter and flour and adding enough liquid to make a soft dough. You can use a food processor.
- Roll out the pastry and line a flan tin. Soften the jam and spread over the base. Add the blueberries and spread over the jam.
- Rub the butter into the flour for the topping. Add the sugar and the almonds. Sprinkle over the top.
- Place in the oven for 30 minnutes, the top should be lightly browned and the pastry cooked.
