- Fill a saucepan with enough water to easily cover your potatoes when they are cooking. Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Add the potatoes and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain the potatoes using a colander, and set to one side.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the sausages and fry until they begin to brown.
- Add the onions and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the potatoes and fry until everything browns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the beans and fry for 1 minute.
