method

  1. Mix together the cornflour and water. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for one minute.
  3. Store in a sealable, glass bottle or jar.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 mug/300ml water
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 fat red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
