Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 mug/300ml water
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 fat red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato purée
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- Mix together the cornflour and water. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a small saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for one minute.
- Store in a sealable, glass bottle or jar.
