- Spread each wrap with mayo.
- Divide the salmon between the wraps and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Roll each one up and cut in half and serve.

- 6 corn tortilla wraps
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 packet of smoked salmon (sandwich pack)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 little gem lettuce
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced lengthways
