Egg & Salmon Wraps

method

  1. Spread each wrap with mayo.
  2. Divide the salmon between the wraps and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Roll each one up and cut in half and serve.

  • 6 corn tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 packet of smoked salmon (sandwich pack)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 little gem lettuce
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced lengthways
