method
Mix together the cornflour and water. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a small saucepan.
Bring to the boil and simmer for one minute.
Store in a sealable, glass bottle or jar.

1 mug/300ml water
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 fat red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato purée
2 tablespoons raw honey
